Co-Founder
Emily Ellington
Emily has worked in education for over 15 years within the UK and internationally. She holds a Master's degree in Social Research Methods and has significant experience in conducting research that is close to practice. She is currently completing her PhD at University of Southampton.

Co-Founder
Sally Franklin
Since leaving teaching, Sally has worked on numerous large scale education research projects. She leads on the Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants programme (MITA) and has lectured extensively as a Senior Teaching Fellow at the Institute of Education, University College London.
